We Use a Video Projector and All Rounds Are Electronically Timed We utilize a video projector to display scores in on a large projection screen, where they can be seen by the entire room. Current game standings are visible during the game as well. Each minute, the scores are updated and projected onto the screen. You can see where you stand in real time as the game progresses. Our projector program (exclusive to Bridge Ace) also times each round. The time is projected in large numbers, above the scores, so everyone can see exactly how much time remains in the round. There are audio warnings at five-minutes and two-minutes before the round's end. This ensures the game runs in a timely manner. Club Policies What makes us different   • Zero Tolerance is enforced. The club is, and will continue to be, a pleasant place to play. Rude, obnoxious and/or boorish behavior is not tolerated. Those who cannot behave like ladies and gentlemen are not welcome. • We pride ourselves on being in the forefront of the bridge world. If it is state of the art in bridge, you will find it here. We regularly run games you will find at no other club. • We award the most masterpoints allowed by the ACBL and all games are stratified. • Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Seats cannot be reserved; players seat themselves. If you want to sit in a particular seat or direction, all you must do is arrive early and be first to claim the seat.   BridgeDealer4 We Have a Dealing Machine Our dealing machine deals regular playing cards, not those annoying bar-coded cards. Boards are pre-duplicated with computer generated deals. Hand records are available after the game and on the web site. The ability to quickly and accurately duplicate many boards allows us to run new events, such as Barometer and Swiss Pairs. We regularly run other games such as IMP Pairs and Par Contests. BridgePads® Wireless Scoring Terminals We score our games with wireless terminals at each table, using the most up to date BridgePad® technology. This reduces scoring errors and the players love the instant feedback it provides.
